Lyme Bay Computers is the trading title of Glenn Willis, who has been in the computer industry since 1980.
Glenn has a Phd in Microelectronics and Computing and has considerable experience of a large variety of hardware and software issues in a number of different environments.

Hardware issues: Hard drive died? Need a new soundcard? CD/DVD drive died? Printer playing up? Or just need a new PC? What about broadband issues? We offer practical and no-nonsense advice and will not try to sell you the most expensive 'upgrade' on the market. We work with you to determine what you actually want and need!

Software Issues: Can't get your emails to work? Word not doing what you want it to do? PC clogged-up with unwanted programs? If your computer isn't doing what you want it to, call us. Personal service promised and, again, we won't sell you something you neither need or want.

Anti-Virus and Malware: Do you or your children access the Internet? Have you got a 'free' anti-virus program that you've downloaded? Is your computer running slow? If the answer to these questions is 'yes' then I can pretty much guarantee that you either have a virus or some sort of malware on your system. Let me come and let me advise you how to protect your computer and remove any existing problems you may have.

Tuition: Bamboozled by all those icons? Want your computer to do something, but have no idea how? Or just want to know what your computer can do for you? Personal tuition on YOUR computer at YOUR pace with a minimum of jargon or techy speak. Just call me!

Data recovery: Hard drive died? Accidentally deleted photo's off your camera memory card? In many cases I can recover some or all of the data for you from hard drives, memory cards/sticks etc. No data, no fee! Simple!

Websites: Want a simple, easy to use website that's not going to take forever to load, or tie up your customers/friends computers? I can help! I don't believe in fancy whistles & bells where none are needed. Just good honest websites that people can browse easily and find information freely.
